The same assessment, opened all the way up
The free Snapshot gives you the headline: five pillar scores, your strongest capability, your focus. The Full Report is the whole file underneath that headline, the document you build a job search and a development plan on.
All 23 capabilities, scored. Not just the five pillars: every capability in the LEADS model gets its own score and a written interpretation of what it means at your level.
Two reads of you, side by side. On every pillar the report sets your score, how you rated yourself, against the OrgInsights score from your answers, and shows the gap. Where the two disagree, the report names a hidden talent or a blind spot.
Industry fit and development. The Industry and Development Report matches your capability profile against what industries require, and turns your lowest scores into focused development recommendations.
The full document, and the tools. An 11 page report you can read on screen or download as a PDF, plus the Resume Analyzer and Interview Coach unlimited for the paid year.
Quinn's pillars: self view against the assessment's read
The report cover leads with the same headline as the Snapshot: strongest capability Reasons Critically and Solves Problems at 90 percent, best focus Thrives in Chaos at 40 percent. The Full Report then does what the Snapshot cannot: it scores you two ways on every pillar.

| LEADS pillar | Your score | OrgInsights score | Gap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Limits Risk | 65% | 78% | 13% |
| Embraces Agility | 54% | 58% | 4% |
| Achieves Excellence | 58% | 70% | 12% |
| Develops Relationships | 70% | 62% | -8% |
| Sets Purpose | 65% | 63% | -2% |
Read the gap plainly: a positive gap means the assessment scored your answers higher than you scored yourself; a negative gap means you rated yourself higher than your answers supported. Quinn's biggest gap is Limits Risk at 13 points, a strength she underrates. Her one negative read is Develops Relationships, where she rates herself 70 and her answers score 62.
The summary pages, as the report prints them
These are pages 4 and 5 of Quinn's sample report PDF, shown exactly as the report prints them. Page 4 names the top and lowest scoring categories, and the hidden talent and blind spot, each with a written interpretation. Page 5 is the summary scores table above, plus the top three and bottom three capabilities. From page 6 on, the report breaks every pillar down capability by capability; that breakdown is next.

Top three capabilities. Reasons Critically and Solves Problems, 90 percent. Develops Talent, 80 percent. Establishes Governance, 80 percent.
Bottom three capabilities. Thrives in Chaos, 40 percent. Exercises Sound Judgement/Consulting, 50 percent. Moves Data to Action, 50 percent.
Every score comes with its interpretation. Page 4 does not just flag the hidden talent and the blind spot; it explains, in writing, what each one looks like in Quinn's work and what to do about it.
Page 6: how each capability is broken down and scored
The summary is the map; the detailed breakdown is the territory. From page 6 to the end of the report, each pillar gets its own breakdown page in the same format: the category score and its definition at the top, then every capability in that pillar with the same three numbers as the summary, your self assessment score, the OrgInsights assessment score, and the gap between them. The pages also carry the flag key: a green flag marks a hidden talent, where you rated yourself lower than the assessment rated you, and a red flag marks a blind spot, where you rated yourself higher. Each flag comes with the action the report prints under it.

Quinn's widest single gap in this pillar is Scans for Politicals and Internal Impacts: she rates herself 40, her answers score 80, and the page flags it green as a hidden talent. Her one overestimate is Establishes Governance, 90 against 80. The remaining pillars break down on the pages after this one, in exactly this format, all 23 capabilities by the end of the report.
Where your capabilities fit, and what to build next
The Industry and Development Report is part of the Full Report. It compares your professional scores with what each industry requires: a capability counts as yours when you score above 70 percent, an industry is a Top Industry when you hold all of its critical capabilities, and one to Explore when you hold at least two of its seven required capabilities.

Top capabilities, above 70 percent. Reasons Critically and Solves Problems at 90, then Develops Talent, Establishes Governance, Scans for Politicals and Internal Impacts, and Takes Ownership, each at 80.
Areas of development, 70 percent or below. Thrives in Chaos at 40; Resolves Conflicts, Plans for the Future, Moves Data to Action, and Exercises Sound Judgement/Consulting at 50; Influences Responsibly at 53; Manages Risk and Empowers Team Effectiveness at 60. Each one is a named target, not a vague suggestion.

Quinn's Explore list opens with Accounting and Auditing, Banking, Finance and Insurance, Food and Textiles Manufacturing, and Mining, Quarrying, and Oil and Gas Extraction. In each one she already holds 3 of the 7 required capabilities. Every card splits the rest into YOU HAVE and TO DEVELOP, so the development plan and the industry target are the same conversation: build the listed capabilities and the industry moves closer.
Your scores, placed against what industries actually require: what you already hold, and the shortest path to holding more.
Choose the people who know your work
Everything above is your answers, read two ways. The 360 edition adds a third, and you set it up yourself in the app. Add 3 to 10 people who have worked with you, choose the reminder frequency and campaign length, and when you launch, the invitations and reminders go out from the app. When their ratings are in, your report adds the Gap Metric: how your raters see you, capability by capability, against how you see yourself.

Pick your raters. Add each person by name and email, and set the relationship: manager, peer, or other.
Set the rhythm. Choose how often reminders go out and how long the campaign runs. Nothing sends until you have at least 3 raters and launch.
Then see what they see. Hidden Talents where your raters score you above your own view, Blind Spots where they score you below it. In the demo report: plus 63 on Leads and Embraces Change, minus 63 on Manages Risk.

What this report is, stated plainly
- The Full Report scores capabilities, what you can do, not personality, who you are. Capabilities can be built, which is why the report spends as much space on development as on scores.
- The self versus assessment gap compares how you rated yourself with how the platform scored your answers. It is a perception check, not a verdict, and the 360 edition exists because other people's ratings complete the picture.
- The assessment items were developed in 2020 by Mapien, an Australian industrial and organizational psychology firm, for the capabilities employers consistently say decide hiring.
- No assessment can guarantee an interview or an offer. What the Full Report gives you is a complete, defensible read on your capabilities, and a plan for the weakest of them.
