OrgInsights is an initiative from Orgpath, a new start up that focuses on Career and Leadership Development, Talent Management and Organizational Effectiveness.

The Orgpath team comprises individuals with decades of experience working as employees for top brands such as Canadian Tire, Royal Bank of Canada, TD Bank Group, Deloitte and more.

Mapien serves as the assessment architects for OrgInsights and counts with over 37 years of expertise in leadership assessments and psychometrics. The company, which formed through a merger between Livingstones and SHR in 2018, is Australia’s biggest and one of Asia-Pacific’s largest people’s consultancies. They have three offices with over 50 employees and cross-sector experience.
